Jenna Ellis, Co-Conspirator in Georgia Election Case, Shares Smiling Mugshot and Bible Verses to Mark Surrender to Authorities

In a heartfelt display, she marked the occasion by sharing her mugshot on the X platform, complemented by a poignant biblical inscription. "‘But I say unto you, love your enemies, bless them that curse you, do good to them that hate you, and pray for them that despitefully use you and persecute you…' - Matthew 5:44,” penned Ellis.

Jenna Ellis, the attorney who played a pivotal role in former president Donald Trump’s bid to challenge the outcome of the 2020 election and was recently indicted in Georgia for her alleged involvement, voluntarily turned herself in today within the Peach State's boundaries.

She marked this momentous occasion by sharing her mugshot on social media, precisely on the X platform, coupled with a poignant biblical excerpt.

"‘But I say unto you, love your enemies, bless them that curse you, do good to them that hate you, and pray for them that despitefully use you and persecute you…’ - Matthew 5:44," Ellis wrote. She continued, quoting Psalm 32:10-11, "‘But he who trusts in the Lord, lovingkindness shall surround him. Be glad in the Lord and rejoice, you righteous ones; And shout for joy, all you who are upright in heart.’"

Ellis stands as one among the 19 individuals, including the former president himself, who were indicted due to their alleged roles in a scheme aiming to manipulate the election outcomes in Georgia. She is facing charges related to racketeering and soliciting an official to breach their oath.

In partnership with Sidney Powell and Rudy Giuliani, Ellis spearheaded numerous legal challenges against the election results across several states, following the realization that Joe Biden had emerged as the victor over Trump.

Subsequent to the election, Trump directly approached Georgia Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger, urging him to find the votes necessary to overturn Biden's lead in the state.

To fund her legal defense costs, Ellis has turned to crowdfunding. Her attorney Mike Melito released a statement expressing their commitment: "We will stand up for Jenna.
